- registered holders of securities issued by HRP Myrtle Beach Operations, LLC, HRP Myrtle Beach Holdings, LLC or HRP PIK Corp. (collectively, including any subsidiaries and affiliates of such entities, the "HRP Parties"),
- beneficial owners of such securities,
- prospective purchasers of such securities,
- securities analysts or
- market makers in such securities.
