The information contained in this workspace, including any attachments (collectively, "Workspace Data") is CONFIDENTIAL.
By clicking on the "Agree" link below, you expressly acknowledge and agree (and each time you enter this workspace hereafter, you reaffirm such agreement) to strictly maintain the confidentiality of all Workspace Data in compliance with the following terms and conditions:
- You (as used herein, "you" shall mean you and your institution) shall treat any non-public, confidential, or proprietary information concerning HRP Myrtle Beach Operations, LLC or HRP Creative Services Co LLC. (collectively, including any subsidiaries and affiliates of such entities, the "Company"), and any proposed transactions relating to the Company (the "Transactions") as confidential, whether furnished to you through by the Company, its officers, employees, or otherwise (all such information, whether transmitted electronically (by means of this website, e-mail or otherwise), orally or in writing (including, without limitation, at investor or other meetings) is referred to herein as the "Confidential International").
- You shall use reasonable precautions in accordance with your established procedures to keep the Confidential Information confidential; provided, however, that any of such information may be disclosed to your organization, its affiliates and their respective partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors and other representatives who shall agree to comply with the terms hereof.
This information is provided on the understanding that it be used solely in support of the Preferred Partners Program, subject to an executed Preferred Partners Agreement with the Company.
